Yesterday I got a wild hair while at the grocery store and decided to give the ole barbque a whirl. Just a little practice before Turkey day to see if I could pull this off. This turkey actually turned out really good and I think I will do it again at Thanksgiving.

I have been brining my turkeys for thanksgiving the past few years and it turns out quite moist. but I will bet that this turkey is superb indeed. looks great!
